UK delivery options
Woods of Windsor can currently deliver worldwide. However shipping regulations mean that we cannot deliver sprays and atomisers outside of the UK.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed within 2 working days.
Our standard shipping is via Royal Mail and for orders placed between Monday to Friday delivery will arrive within 5-7 working days of placing your order.
Registered delivery is available should you wish the recipient to sign for their package. This service incurs an additional £1.50 fee on top of the standard delivery charge.

Shipping
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday with the exception of bank holidays. Delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays. We pride ourselves on delivering your order quickly. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours (on working days) of receiving the order.
Hazardous materials regulations
Sprays and atomisers fall under the category of hazardous materials. Regulations require that these items are delivered via a courier.
Please note:
- If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order within 2 working days.
- In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address.
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
- Free delivery promotions apply to standard delivery only.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR ONLINE SHOPPERS
We hope you enjoy your purchases from Our Site. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with any Products, please see below for details of how to return Products to us and information on how your refund will be processed:

Please be advised that we cannot accept any items which are reasonably considered to have been used
Cancelling orders/Contracts
- You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to and before you receive the Dispatch Confirmation. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
- You may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. Returned Products must be received unused and in their original condition and with their packaging. Please see the notes below for details on what to include and where to send the Products.
Requirements for returning Products
- Products are acceptable for return upon production of the delivery note / invoice.
- We advise you to return Products via recorded delivery or to receive a proof of posting certificate.
- In the event that the Products you wish to return are defective/did not comply with the Contract we will send you a pre-paid delivery note for use on the package containing the returned Products.
- Please send the Product(s) in a secure package. The Products are required to be with their original packaging and unused along with a copy of the invoice and returned to the following address:

REFUNDS
- We will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will refund any amounts directly to the debit or credit card account used on the original order.
- We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.
- If Products returned by you are deemed by us to be defective/not complying with the Contract, you shall be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
