Placing an Order
1. Your basket.
1.1 Add the products you want to the basket by entering the quantity you require and clicking on the "Add to Basket" button
1.3 If you require the products to be sent using Recorded Delivery please tick the appropriate box.
1.4 After you make a change to the basket please click the "Update Basket" button to apply these changes.
2. Checkout
2.1 Once you have all the products you require go to your basket and click on the "Proceed to Payment" button
2.2 If you have previously purchased from Woods of Windsor enter your email address and password and click the "Sign-in to our secure server". If you have forgotten your password click on the link provided. The site will then prompt you with a reminder.
2.3 If you have not previously purchased from Woods of Windsor enter just you email address and click the "Sign-in to our secure server"
2.4 If you have already purchased from Woods of Windsor your Delivery and Billing details will be completed for you, otherwise please fill in these details.
2.5 Complete the payment details section with your card details and click the "Continue" button to review the order before purchasing.
2.6 If your details are all correct you can now review the order before purchasing. If you need to change any details click the "Change" button next to them.
2.7 Once you have checked the order information click on the "Place Your Order" button. This will change to "Processing..." while we contact your bank to complete the transaction.
3. Order confirmation
3.1 If the payment from your bank was successful you will now be provided with your order number. Please keep this for reference.
3.2 If there was a problem completing the order please check all your details are correct before trying again.
3.3 You will receive an email confirming the order details.
3.4 If you have purchased for the first time you will be asked to enter a password so you can track your orders online.
4. Your Account
4.1 In this section of the website you can update your details and view the details of previous orders.
4.2 If you forget your password you can use the link provided to be reminded of it.
